The Mission: Create a digital and physical Citadel to gather awakened consciousnesses, provide deprogramming tools, and build true self-reliance outside the system.
II. THE ARMY OF THE 1130
At the heart of the project are 1,130 unique Glitchers. These are not simple digital tokens, but access keys to the Oasis frequency.
